Since the beginning of November, the ports of Great Odesa have handled 4.1 million tons of cargo


In total, 3,118 vessels passed through the Ukrainian maritime corridor during its operation.

Understanding Ukraine through the South” in the Odesa Regional Military Administartion, a meeting with experts from Asia, Africa and Latin America was held.

Head of the State Enterprise “USPA” Yuriy Lytvyn familiarized those present with the consequences of attacks on port infrastructure and presented the results of the work of the Ukrainian sea corridor in the conditions of Russian aggression.

Thus, during the operation of the sea corridor, 3,118 vessels passed through, 83.5 million tons of cargo were processed, of which 55.6 million tons were grain. Since the beginning of the month, the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi have passed 4.1 million tons. 96 vessels have applied for the approach.

“International support and constant dialogue with our partners are key factors in ensuring the stable operation of Ukraine’s sea gates. Each successfully processed vessel is our joint victory and contribution to global food security,” noted Yuriy Lytvyn.

We will remind, according to the Ministry of Economy, in October 2024, Ukraine set an annual record for exports of goods, delivering products worth $3.8 billion, which is 18.7% more than in September.
