The delisting of “Kernel” from the Warsaw Stock Exchange has been stopped

The exit of the agrarian holding “Kernel” from the Warsaw Stock Exchange was suspended due to a lawsuit by minoritaries.

The Polish financial regulator KNF suspended the delisting of “Kernel”. It will not be renewed until the District Court of Luxembourg considers the lawsuit of the company’s minorities, the “Kernel” reported.

Thus, the minorities are appealing the decision of the holding’s board of directors dated April 13, 2023 regarding delisting.

According to Pavlo Boyko, the founder of “Gonzo Invest”, the decision to delist is a “joint achievement”.

USM previously reported that “Kernel” would not pay a dividend for fiscal year 2023, despite earnings.
