The flow of grain trucks to the ports of Great Odesa has increased


The flow of grain wagons towards the ports of Great Odesa increased by almost 500, while to the Danube ports it decreased.

The flow of grain wagons towards Great Odesa continues to grow. This was reported by the representative of Ukrzaliznytsia Valeriy Tkachev, writes The Elevatorist.

As of November 19, the number of wagons heading to deep-water ports increased by 464 units – to 9,346 wagons per day.

The average daily unloading of grain wagons in the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdenne also increased – to 1,311 wagons per day (+15 compared to the previous week).

The average daily load on the railway networks towards these ports reached 1,399 wagons per day, which is 68 more than a week earlier.

At the same time, a decrease in activity is recorded in the direction of the Danube ports: the flow of grain wagons decreased by 74 units – to 150 wagons per day. Despite this, the average daily unloading at the Danube terminals increased by 4 units, to 10 wagons per day.

USM also recently informed that Ukrzaliznytsia has updated the standards for transportation speeds in the direction of the ports for 2026.
