The FSB “prevented a terrorist attack” on a ship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation

Russia announced that they were able to prevent a “terrorist attack” on a ship of the Black Sea Fleet with high-precision weapons.
The FSB of the Russian Federation reported the detention of a Russian serviceman who was allegedly preparing a terrorist attack on a ship of the Black Sea Fleet, rosZMI reports.
According to the agency, the detainee is a “recruited by the Ukrainian special service serviceman of the Russian Navy .” Two improvised explosive devices with a total weight of 1 kg in TNT equivalent were allegedly seized from him.
The serviceman is also suspected of passing information to Ukraine that constitutes a state secret, the FSB reported.
Currently, a decision is being taken to prosecute the man in criminal cases under Articles 205 (terrorist act), 222.1 (illegal trafficking of explosive substances or explosive devices), 275 (treason), 283 (disclosure of information constituting a state secret) of the Criminal Code of the so-called Russia.
According to these articles, a detained serviceman may face life imprisonment.
