Yesterday, June 11, Rashists fired at a boat on which people were being evacuated from the left bank of the Kherson region. This was announced by the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.
Three people died. At least 23 people were injured, including two law enforcement officers, said Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The official said that the 74-year-old man covered the woman with his own body when the occupiers opened fire. The Russians shot him in the back. The man died from his injuries.
In total, Ukraine was able to evacuate 112 people from the occupied left bank of the Kherson Region. Among them are 7 children.
