The second ship left the port of Chornomorsk through a temporary corridor


On Friday, September 22, the bulk carrier Aroyat with 17.6 thousand tons of Ukrainian wheat for Egypt left the port of Chornomorsk.

“This is the second ship that used the temporary corridor for civilian ships at the entrance to the port of Chornomorsk for the purpose of exporting agricultural products to Asian countries. The ship’s crew are citizens of Egypt, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Belgium and Albania,” Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov said.

The bulk carrier Aroyat (IMO:9151395) is sailing under the flag of Palau. The ship was built in 1997. Deadweight — 18,315 tons.

As previously reported by USM, the vessel Resilient Africa passed through the temporary corridor. 3 thousand tons of wheat for Asia were loaded on board the ship.
