The State Qualification Commission for Seamen has started work in Odesa

The State Qualification Commission for Seafarers as part of the Shipping Administration has started work in Odesa.
“We expanded the composition of the State Qualification Commission, now it will also function in Odesa. From today, the Odesa State Qualification Commission will consider the applications of seafarers and will make decisions on confirmation of competences, as well as conduct exams,” the press service of the Shipping Administration noted.
In Odesa, certification services will be provided at the Shipping Administration (Uspenska St., 4) and at the “Morrichservice” service center (M. Hrushevsky St., 39-e). Exams in Odesa will be held in the SC “Morrichservice”.
“If, based on the result of consideration of the seafarer’s application, the State Qualification Commission makes a decision to issue a qualification document, this document can also be obtained at the above-mentioned addresses,” the Shipping Administration said.
