The trademark of the GOL logistics group was valued at UAH 54.8 million

Logistics group Global Ocean Link (GOL) has reported on the valuation of its trademark.
As the company told USM, according to the valuation of LLC “Institute of Valuation and Forensic Expertise”, the market value of intellectual property rights to the GOL trademark as of August 1, 2025 is UAH 54.8 million excluding VAT, or about $1.31 million at the NBU exchange rate on the valuation date.
The valuation was carried out using the income approach using the Relief from Royalty Method, which is used to determine the value of brands and intangible assets.
The calculations used the consolidated financial indicators of the group in Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland for 2022–2024.
The company notes that such a valuation is necessary primarily for financial and corporate structuring – in particular, for working with license agreements between group companies, reflecting intangible assets in reporting and interacting with international partners.
Previously, GOL delivered non-standard cargo from the port of Shanghai to Odesa.
