Sailors have once again destroyed a sea mine that washed up on the coast of the Odesa region.

This was reported on the page of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

A sea mine washed up on the coast, the forces and means of the Navy destroyed the ammunition.

“The mine was neutralized by controlled detonation in a safe place,” the department noted.

The Navy also reminded that in the event of the detection of suspicious or explosive objects, in no case should one approach them, touch them, or try to move or neutralize them independently. In the event of the detection of such objects, it is necessary to notify the relevant services. Also, a ban on being on unverified sections of the coast continues to operate in the region.
