The USPA did not find a contractor for the repair of the Tiligulsky dredger again
The Delta-Lotsman branch of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” did not find a contractor for the classification repair of the Tiligulsky dredger.
The Delta-Lotsman branch of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” announced a tender for the repair of the Tiligulsky dredger back in September. The auction did not take place due to the lack of participants. Not a single company has applied for participation, according to the Prozorro procurement system.
The cost of the order was UAH 66.97 million (USD 2.54 mllion). The contractor had to repair the soil loosening pumps, side thruster, bilge and ballast and fire systems, engine control center, and electrical equipment. As USM previously reported, this is not Delta-Lotsman’s first attempt to repair the dredger. In early August, Delta-Lotsman had already announced this tender, but the auction also did not take place due to the insufficient number of participants.
