Ukrainian “dry” port technology is used in Egypt
A new inland grain port in Egypt is being built jointly with Ukrainian companies and using Ukrainian technologies.
Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko signed a cooperation agreement with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Special group for trading and investment Dr. Mohamed Assad.
The Head of the Special group for trading and investment noted that Egypt, together with Ukrainian companies, is building a new dry grain port. The facility is being built using Ukrainian technologies.
“We hope that this will not be the only joint project. Now we are the center for the supply of agricultural products in the East, therefore we are striving to invest in grain and agricultural crops in Ukraine,” emphasized Dr. Mohamed Assad.
