USPA asks the public to participate in the assessment of corruption risks
The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority invites the public and experts to participate in the assessment of corruption risks in its activities.
The state-owned enterprise initiates a comprehensive assessment of corruption risks and invites the public and independent anti-corruption experts to participate in the process, USPA said.
Head of State Enterprise “USPA” Yuriy Lytvyn noted that the goal of the initiative is to define legal and organizational measures aimed at strengthening internal control and management of corruption risks to minimize manifestations of corruption.
The evaluation will be carried out by the Commission for assessing corruption risks and monitoring the implementation of the anti-corruption program, which is headed by Daniil Moskal, who is responsible for the implementation of anti-corruption measures at the State Enterprise “USPA”. The commission was formed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
Interested parties, including citizens and employees of USPA, are invited until December 1, 2024 to provide information on identified corruption risks through the e-mail box [email protected] or to fill out anonymous questionnaires using the links published on the company’s website. The public discussion of the project of the register of corruption risks is scheduled for January 20, 2025.
Previously, USM reported that USPA received a new pilot boat that will operate in ports on the Danube.
