Verevskyi began buying up Kernel shares


Andrii Verevsky’s Namsen Limited company announced a tender for the purchase of 62% of the shares of the Kernel agricultural holding, which it does not yet own.

Andriy Verevskyi owns 38.05% of shares of the agricultural holding that are traded on the market. After the tender, Verevsky’s company will remain the sole shareholder of Kernel, reports Latifundist with reference to the company’s announcement.

The buyout price is 18.5 zlotys per share (about $4.29 at the current exchange rate). The total number of shares that Namsen Limited plans to purchase is 52 million 57 thousand. The amount that the company plans to spend on the purchase of shares exceeds $223 million.

Redemption applications are accepted from March 31 to May 4.
