Zelenskyy classified the development of the Ukrainian Navy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, by his decree, put into effect a secret decision of the National Security and Defense Council “On the development of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine til 2031”.

Zelensky’s decree №459/2021 of September 8th was published on the official portal of the Head of state and came into force from the moment of publication.

The implementation of the National Security and Defense Council decision will be monitored by its Chairman Oleksiy Danilov, the presidential decree says.

The NSDC decision on the development of the Ukrainian Navy was adopted on August 20th, 2021.
