Inspections of vessels in the Bosphorus have been resumed
The Joint Coordination Center (JCC) resumed inspections of vessels transporting Ukrainian grain within the “grain corridor”.
Today, April 19, SCC inspectors resumed inspections of vessels in the Bosphorus within the framework of the “Grain Agreement”. This is reported by “Yug Today” with reference to its own sources.
The work of the Black Sea Initiative was resumed after a two-day blockade of vessel inspections by russian federation. Currently, ship inspections are carried out as usual.
We will remind you that representatives of russian federation in the JCC have been sabotaging the work of the Black Sea Initiative since November 2022. However, this month the situation worsened. Thus, on April 11, the terrorist country completely blocked ship inspections in the Bosphorus. The russians did the same thing on April 17 — there were no inspections of ships for two days.
In addition, the russians single-handedly choose “convenient” vessels for inspections. At the same time, russian federation constantly threatens to terminate the “Grain Agreement”. Russia’s interference in the work of Ukrainian ports violates international norms and provisions of the Black Sea Initiative.
