More than a hundred sea mines were neutralized by the Navy
After storms in the Black Sea, sea mines were torn from their anchors.
“As of now, the Ukrainian Navy has already neutralized more than a hundred anchor sea mines, which were torn from the anchor after storms and thrown onto the coast,” Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said during a briefing.

It will be recalled that in August 2022 it became known that Great Britain will hand over underwater drones for mine clearance to Ukraine. The drones are designed for use in shallow coastal waters, operating effectively at depths of up to 100m to detect, locate and identify mines using a suite of sensors.
