Ukrainian sailors will be able to take exams in Poland
In Poland, a space has been opened where Ukrainian sailors will be able to take exams to confirm qualifications and assign a rank.
Now Ukrainian sailors can take the CES 6.0 computer exam in the Polish space of MRS in Poland. Thus, cadets and graduates of Ukrainian maritime institutions who left for mandatory swimming practice will be able to confirm their qualifications and receive their first working diploma, the Ministry of Reconstruction reported .
The only condition for proof of qualification for the purpose of awarding the title is passing an exam using the internationally recognized computer-based testing system CES 6.0.
Acceptance of applications for passing tests in Warsaw began on August 2. A member of the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers is present at the exam, who immediately after its completion informs the seafarer of the results and issues a certificate. Results are issued automatically without the intervention of the human factor, which makes the corruption component impossible.
A seafarer can submit an application for the exam both in Ukraine and abroad – for this, it is enough to send a request by mail or through a representative to the Shipping Administration, or SE “Morrichservice”. This service will soon appear in the “Diya” portal.
