Germany transferred surface drones to Ukraine

The German government announced the transfer of a new package of military aid to Ukraine, which includes, in particular, surface drones.

Germany, among other things, transferred 5 surface drones to Ukraine. From now on, the total number of these weapons transferred by Germany is 20 units, according to the website of the state government. We will remind, at the 15th meeting in the Rammstein format, Germany announced a new package of military aid for Ukraine. Among other things, the country promised to transfer 50 surface drones for the needs of the Armed Forces.

The aid is implemented at the expense of the Bundeswehr and together with industrial partners. The promised weapons should arrive in Ukraine “in the near future.”
