Destroyed for sure: the Defense Intelligence commented on the destruction of the Russian ship

The Russians planned to place anti-aircraft missile systems on the patrol ship “Sergei Kotov”.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, told the details of the operation on Radio Svoboda .
According to him, earlier the patrol ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet “Sergei Kotov” was already successfully attacked, but after that the ship was restored.
“The enemy had plans for them. In addition to the patrol boat, there were also plans to place anti-aircraft missile systems on the ship itself, there have already been such attempts,” Yusov said.
He also added that there are dead and wounded. Part of the crew was able to evacuate, so the exact information is being clarified. At least 10 ambulances were called to the land area.
It is also known that “Sergei Kotov” together with the previously sunk missile cruiser “Moskva” took part in the attack on Zmiinyi (Snake) Island.
We will remind, on the night of March 5, the special unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Group 13 attacked the Russian patrol ship “Sergey Kotov” with Magura V5 marine drones.
As previously reported by USM, in July of last year, the Ministry of Defense of the terrorist countries stated that the Armed Forces attacked the patrol ship “Sergei Kotov”.
