The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the recruitment of crews for minesweepers, which are currently based in Great Britain.

The salary ranges from 24,000 to 54,000 hryvnias, depending on the performance of assigned tasks.

It will be recalled that the “Cherkasy” and “Chernihiv” Sandown class anti-mine ships, which Great Britain handed over to Ukraine in 2022, remain at the British Navy base in Portsmouth.

Currently, it is almost impossible for ships to move to the Black Sea because of the Montreux Convention, which does not allow the passage of warships through the Bosphorus and Dardanelles.
