19 million have not been paid: the court will consider the case of the soybean exporting company

The materials of the case regarding tax evasion for UAH 19 million were sent to the court. We are talking about the soybean exporter.

Officials of the enterprise deliberately did not reflect in the tax reporting, namely, the declaration on the income tax of the enterprise, transactions for obtaining soybeans, – says the message of the Economic Security Bureau.

Soy was planned to be exported to the Seychelles.

With the help of the scheme, the company avoided paying almost UAH 19 million in taxes. During the investigation, one of the officials of the enterprise was informed about the suspicion.

So far, almost UAH 19 million have been “returned” to the state budget. The case was referred to the court.

We will remind you that in 2023, a company was exposed in the Odesa region, which organized the export of soybeans without paying taxes. Officials bought agricultural products for cash, which were not reflected in the accounting and tax reports. At the same time, controlled enterprises were used to export soybeans.
