At night, Russia attacked the port infrastructure of the Izmail district

On the night of February 13, the enemy massively attacked the Izmail district with strike drones.

One person was injured during the enemy attack, said the head of the Odesa Regional Military administration Oleg Kiper. 

“Our air defense forces worked to destroy the enemy drones. As a result of the enemy attack, there was damage to the port infrastructure and a non-functioning educational institution. A car with a woman inside was also hit by shrapnel. She received a shrapnel wound to the thigh and was hospitalized in a moderately severe condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance,” Kiper said.

All relevant services are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another terrorist act by Russians against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
