A “conveyor belt” for the transshipment of stolen Ukrainian grain is operating in Crimea

Bulk carriers are waiting in the Yalta Bay for permission to enter Sevastopol and load at the Avlita terminal.

In the annexed Crimea, continuous transshipment of stolen Ukrainian grain is being recorded. This is reported by analysts of the Crimean Wind.

According to their data, two bulk carriers are currently anchored in the Yalta Bay, waiting for a free berth in Sevastopol (photo 1). The day before, one bulk carrier was at the roadstead (photo 2)

Earlier, the Russian vessel ZAID (IMO 9715270) loaded at the Avlita grain terminal in Sevastopol.

Now the stolen bulk carrier has set off eastward — presumably to one of the Russian ports for mixing with Russian grain and further export.

Currently, the Russian bulk carrier “Matros Shevchenko” (IMO 9574195) is being loaded in the port of Sevastopol.

Analysts note that in this way the Russians have built a “conveyor” for grain transshipment through Crimean ports: while one bulk carrier is loading in Sevastopol, others are waiting in the Yalta Bay for a “window” to enter the port.

Also, as USM wrote, last week the Russian military attacked a grain warehouse in the Odesa region.
