Ukrainian naval drones could become part of Poland’s defense strategy

The parties agreed to expand defense-industrial cooperation, including the exchange of experience in countering drone and missile threats.
Poland is considering the possibility of using Ukrainian developments in the field of unmanned technologies, in particular air and sea drones. This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Vasyl Bodnar, writes Ukrinform.
Separately, the work of working groups with the participation of NATO countries is being discussed, which will be able to use the potential of the newly established NATO-Ukraine Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC).
Bodnar stressed that Poland highly appreciates Ukrainian combat experience and is interested in technologies that have already proven their effectiveness on the battlefield. In turn, Ukraine needs Krab artillery systems, Rosomak and Rak combat vehicles, as well as Piorun MANPADS, which are produced by the Polish defense industry.
An important step in cooperation will be the international defense forum in Kyiv in early October. Ukraine expects the participation of a representative Polish delegation and expects to reach agreements on joint production of weapons.
Meanwhile, Russia has launched a new provocation against NATO in the Baltic Sea.
