Another naval drone found in the Black Sea off the coast of Turkey

At night in the Turkish city of Trabzon, local fishermen found a sea drone that may be Ukrainian.

Turkish fishermen have discovered a new unmanned sea vehicle off the coast. This is reported by Yeni Şafak.

According to Governor Turan Ergül, they decided not to lift the drone from the water, but to destroy it on site as a potentially explosive object.

“We treat this sea drone as if it contained explosives and we will destroy it there,” Ergül said.

A coast guard boat was sent to the area of ​​the incident, and a security zone was established near the discovery site.

Local authorities reported that the found device is identical to the model that fishermen recently caught near Trabzon. Similar cases have previously been recorded in Bulgaria, where drones were found on beaches after storms in the Black Sea.
