Continental to double grain exports to 1.4 million tons by year-end

Continental exported 600 thousand tons of grain through its own trading, and plans to double the volume by the end of the year.

In the first nine months of 2025, Continental Farmers Group exported about 600 thousand tons of grain through its own trading. AgroTimes writes about this.

By the end of the year, the company plans to increase export volumes to 1.2–1.4 million tons, of which about 1.1 million tons are of Ukrainian origin, and another 200–300 thousand tons are from Romania.

Continental’s trading activities are focused on the key crops of the Black Sea region – wheat, barley, soybeans, corn and rapeseed.

“This is not a super-profitable business, but we know how to make money. Our task is not just to sell, but to create added value for farmers and ensure stable supplies for customers,” said the company’s CEO Georg von Nolken.

The day before, USM reported that Ukraine increased its agricultural exports to 5 million tons in November.
