Partisans scouted the “nerve center” of the Russian Black Sea Fleet

Through the reconnaissance special communications node, the Russian Black Sea Fleet receives key orders from Moscow and coordinates interaction with other branches of the military.

Agents of the ATESH movement stated that they have been monitoring the 37th separate special communications node (military unit 09920) in Novorossiysk for a long time.

According to ATESH, high-ranking officials from Moscow arrived at the facility, probably for an inspection. Against this background, the source of the movement points to dissatisfaction in the Russian General Staff with the current commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Pinchuk, and suggests that such visits often precede personnel decisions.

ATESH intelligence also records an increase in the physical protection of the special communications node: the deployment of new electronic warfare complexes and additional short-range air defense systems, the increase in engineering barriers and the number of security units.

Increased activity of personnel is noted. In particular, this concerns the transfer of key specialists of the unit, changes in the leadership of the unit, departures of special communications repair teams and civilian cryptographic specialists.

According to the movement, the incapacitation of this unit or the loss of communication stability will sharply reduce the controllability of the Black Sea Fleet. Without centralized receipt of orders from Moscow and coordination with other troops, the fleet will turn into a set of disjointed units.

All the collected data was transferred by the partisans of “ATESH” to the Defense Forces of Ukraine for further planning.

Also, as USM reported the day before, a court in the Russian Federation for the first time recognized that the cruiser “Moscow” was destroyed by Ukraine.
