UZ allowed combining cargoes in one E-order

Now shippers can place a single order for cargo belonging to the same tariff position.

JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” has allowed combining cargoes during transportation planning via the “E-Order” service. This is reported by RAIL.insider.

Previously, shippers had to create separate documents for each ETSNV code. After the update, the system allows you to place one E-order for several cargoes if they belong to the same tariff position.

Also, document verification during transportation registration is simplified. The system will automatically determine compliance with the tariff position – by the first three characters of the ETSNV cargo code.

Users who work in parallel with AS “Mesplan” will be able to view E-orders. In this case, the cargo code will be automatically supplemented to six characters – the general tariff group code and ETSNV position.

The changes are expected to reduce the time it takes to administer freight shipments and reduce the number of technical errors during document processing. Also, as USM wrote, Ukrzaliznytsia suspended shipments to the RISOIL terminal in the port of Chornomorsk after the shelling.
