An industrial park with shipbuilding and agroprocessing is planned to be created in the Odesa region

In the Vylkivska community of Odesa region, they plan to create an eco-industrial park “Vylkove”.
The corresponding concept was included in the Community Development Strategy for 2026–2032, writes Elevatorist.
The document states that the park will specialize in agro-processing, shipbuilding, transport and logistics activities, and the maritime complex. Due to its location near the Danube and the Black Sea, it is planned to focus on exporting products to the countries of the Danube and Black Sea basins.
A 15-hectare land plot was identified for the project between Vylkivska and the village of Prymorske. It is located near the Spaske-Vylkove highway and a power line.
The project involves the creation of production, engineering, and logistics infrastructure to attract new enterprises and develop processing industries. One of its tasks is to increase the added value of products produced in the community.
The strategy also envisages the unification of local producers into cooperatives or clusters, which will be able to use the common infrastructure of the future park. The priority investments of the communities included the construction of engineering networks and transport infrastructure to the eco-industrial park.
