The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to expand the Transport Data Hub platform to maritime transport

The Ministry of Reconstruction, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine plans to expand the Transport Data Hub platform to all types of transport.
This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Reconstruction, Infrastructure and Transport Serhiy Derkach at the “Code of Economy” conference in Kyiv, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
He said that the Transport Data Hub platform (transport data infrastructure), created by the Ministry of Infrastructure based on data from mobile operators, state bodies and carriers, is planned to be further expanded to all types of transport: sea, rail and road.
According to the official, the Transport Data Hub is currently posted on the ministry’s website, and it aggregates data from the “Electronic Border Crossing Queue” (“eQueues”) and some other portals.
Derkach noted that thanks to this, businesses will be able to see the entire picture of transport data, in particular, receive information about the movement of goods and available opportunities for logistics.
“This is the first part of the fact that we are opening up a lot of data, aggregating it, and, of course, there are questions for business, how to analyze them, but we will try to analyze them together with you,” he noted.
Earlier, USM reported that AMEU is asking the EU to intervene in the situation with the transit of Ukrainian cargo through Constanta.
