Dmytro Kuleba: russia is sabotaging the work of the Black Sea Grain Initiative

Ukraine raises the issue of russia’s sabotage of the work of the Black Sea Grain Initiative at the Munich Security Conference.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba told Interfax-Ukraine that Ukraine is trying to stop sabotage of russian federation.

“This question will be asked regularly – every time the memorandum expires. There was also a discussion last time,” the minister noted.

Kuleba also answered the question about the possibility of finding an alternative option in order not to depend on russia.

“There is an option without russia – when there will be no russia,” the Minister noted.
