A collaborator was detained in Kherson, who helped the FSB escape on boats down the Dnipro River
The Security Service of Ukraine exposed an accomplice of the occupiers in Kherson, who helped FSB employees escape on boats to the left bank of the Dnipro.
The SBU detained the owner of the local pleasure boat station. He helped the occupiers escape from the counterattack of the Armed Forces in the southern direction.
For this, the detainee voluntarily handed over to the invaders 6 watercraft, each of which is designed for 30 passenger seats.
It was on these boats that personnel of the FSB and several units of the occupation groups of russian federation were “evacuated” to the left bank of the Dnipro.
The russians also engaged watercraft to forcibly evacuate some of the local residents to the temporarily occupied regions of the Kherson region.
According to the investigation, before the full-scale invasion of Russia, the collaborator organized sea excursions in the area of the Iron Port.
After the beginning of the occupation, the man “re-registered” his own business in favor of the terrorist country and concluded a corresponding “agreement” with the occupation administration.
Already after the liberation of Kherson, the perpetrator tried to hide in the city, but the SBU employees located him and detained him.
So far, the investigators of the Service have informed the detainee of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 (assistance to the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article is punishable by up to 12 years of imprisonment.
