On Wednesday, October 8, the Russians fired a missile at a ship that was in one of the ports of Odesa region. According to preliminary information, there are casualties.
As reported by USM with reference to its own sources, the ship was moored to the pier. The missile probably hit the Liberian-flagged bulk carrier Kmax Ruler.
