A Russian tanker was spotted in the port of Mariupol
The third tanker has arrived at Mariupol port in the last few days. “Kalibr” carriers can refuel from it.
“The tanker was moored at the same pier as the two preceding vessels. We can say that this is the sister ship of the previous one. This vessel has a slightly different painting on the deck,” said Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.
No active traffic is detected near the pier, and there are no cars either.
It is assumed that the Russians could lay a pipeline from this berth to the filling stations of the port. Before the occupation, all bulk goods were processed near the northern pier.
Or at night, another vessel may approach the tanker for transhipment. This may indicate the refueling of “Kalibr” carriers in the Sea of Azov. Previously USM reported that Russian tanker entered the port of occupied Mariupol for the first time
