AMCU fined the enterprise, which belongs to Kernel agricultural holding
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined the companies that are part of the agricultural holdings “Kernel” and “Continental Farmers Group”.
This is stated in the decision of the AMCU.
AMCU fined “Poltava-Zerno” LLC, which is part of “Kernel-Trade” for UAH 170,000 , the reason being the violation of legislation on the protection of economic competition.
Also, the regulator fined “MRIYA FARMING KARPATI” LLC, which is part of “Continental”, for UAH 3.3 million.
Both companies violated the law by acquiring assets that consist of movable and immovable property and together form a single property complex, without obtaining the appropriate permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which is required.
As previously reported by USM, “Kernel” exported 5.5 million tons of grain in 2024 FY.
