ARMA again put Russian fertilizers up for sale in the port of Izmail: the price was reduced by 50%

ARMA announced the second auction for the sale of seized Russian fertilizers stored in the seaport of Izmail.
The new auctions are reported in the Prozorro.Sales system.
The National Agency for Detection, Tracing and Asset Management is offering a batch of seized Russian fertilizers — 272 big bags with a total gross weight of 136.38 tons.
This time, the value of the asset was halved — from UAH 2.9 million to UAH 1.45 million.
The acceptance of offers will be held until 20:00 on March 20. The auction itself is scheduled for 12:30 on March 21.
The fertilizers are in the open storage warehouse (new ramp) of the State Enterprise “Izmail Sea Trade Port”.
Earlier, USM reported that ARMA was unable to sell Russian fertilizers from the port of Izmail at the auction.
Recall, in October 2024, journalists found out that Belarusian fertilizers were supplied to Ukraine through the port of Izmail, bypassing sanctions.
