The Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated the Deputy Commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation for military-political work.

We are talking about captain 1st rank Andriy Paliy, the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook.

Paliy had Ukrainian citizenship, in 1992 he graduated from the Kiev Higher Naval Political School, specializing in social psychology. He lived in Kyiv, was the deputy commander of the 4th company of the 2nd regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine.

In 1993, the military refused to serve Ukraine, and went over to the side of the Russian Federation.
