CMA CGM and Medkon Lines will operate in Ukraine for the first time since the start of the full-scale invasion


Container carrier CMA CGM is launching a feeder service between the ports of Odesa, Istanbul and Piraeus.

The Odesa Express (ODX) service will start at the end of January, Splash 24/7 reports with reference to Alphaliner.

The service will operate two vessels per week: the 1,118 TEU Lila Canada and the 1,550 TEU TJ Orhan. The latter is scheduled to depart from Piraeus on January 24 and call at Odesa four days later.

It is also known that Medkon Lines will resume its Turkey-Ukraine service in mid-January.

Maersk previously launched a new feeder service to the port of Chornomorsk from Egypt.
