Collaborator Saldo suspected of embezzling Kherson refinery and oil port

Traitor to Ukraine Volodymyr Saldo suspected of appropriating the Kherson oil processing plant during the occupation.
This was reported by “Liga” with reference to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
In 2022, during the occupation, Saldo was appointed Gauleiter of the Kherson region by the Russians. Then he tried to appropriate an important Kherson enterprise for the benefit of the occupiers.
On April 24, the SBU reported to the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, former mayor of Kherson Volodymyr Saldo, who betrayed Ukraine, suspicion of seizing the Kherson oil processing complex in 2022.
In August 2022, in Kherson, the Russian occupiers created the Kherson Fuel Company based on the property complexes of Ukrainian enterprises PrJSC “Kherson Oil Refinery” and LLC “Nafta-Transshipment” of Vitaliy Antonov (owner of the Kherson oil terminal, consisting of an oil port and an oil depot).
Also, due to the transfer of the property complex, fuel and additives belonging to LLC “OKKO-Business Partner” came into the actual possession of the newly created “company” for a total of UAH 93.3 million.
The oil terminal returned to its rightful owners after the liberation of Kherson by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in November 2022.
Saldo is charged with Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code – violation of the laws and customs of war.
Earlier, USM reported that the so-called “governor” of the Kherson region, Saldo, received another suspicion for stealing grain.
