Denmark will promote the development of Ukrainian maritime logistics
The team of the Ministry of Development, government officials and business representatives of Denmark held a meeting during which they discussed cooperation.
This was reported by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
The Minister of Industry, Business and Finance of Denmark, Morten Bødskov, emphasized that the Danish delegation includes representatives of companies that already operate in Ukraine, have investments here, as well as those that have ideas for cooperation.
The company representatives presented to the Ukrainian side their vision for the development of cooperation and the direction of investments in Ukraine, including in logistics.
In turn, the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Oleksiy Kuleba, emphasized that the ministry is committed to transparent and accountable cooperation.
Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development, Timur Tkachenko, emphasized the importance of the Ukrainian maritime corridor for domestic exports and plans for the concession of the port of Chornomorsk.
The parties agreed to continue contact to discuss the details of cooperation.
It should be noted that the meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Ukraine Ole Egberg Mikkelsen, representatives of the Danish Export Investment Fund EIFO, the Confederation of Danish Business Danish Industry, the companies Maersk, DSV, Velux Anders and other guests.
As a reminder, Denmark and Ukraine, within the framework of the security agreement, have consolidated support for the development of Ukraine’s naval fleet.
