Food aid sent to African countries as part of Grain from Ukraine

Humanitarian aid was sent to Mozambique and Djibouti.
This was reported by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitalii Koval.
In particular, Ukraine sent sunflower oil to Mozambique – almost 416 tons will arrive in early February. Another 73.4 tons of oil and 970.5 tons of flour will be in Djibouti at the end of January. Also, 453 tons of sunflower oil will soon be sent to Tanzania.
“We have identified steps for future supplies, as well as the issue of expanding the types of agricultural products. As announced, aid to Syria will have a systemic basis,” said Vitaliy Koval.
As previously reported by USM, Ukraine will set up the Grain from Ukraine program for cooperation with the Syrian administration.
