As previously reported by USM, ex-Deputy Oleksandr Granovskyi is suspected of organizing a scheme at the Odesa Port Plant, due to which the plant underpaid UAH 93.3 million.
In 2015, Odesa Port Plant entered into several agreements with Newscope Estates Ltd regarding the sale of fertilizers. This company could perform the role of a gasket company, and Odesa Port Plant actually did not supply them with anything. The contracts also deliberately understated the cost of fertilizers.
