In the Mykolaiv region, fishing and the entry of small vessels into the water have been banned

On April 21, Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration banned fishing and the entry of small vessels into the water.

The new restrictions were introduced in order to ensure the safety of shipping and minimize the risks of sabotage and terrorist threats in the internal waters of Ukraine.

The presence of boats was prohibited on:

• the southern part of the Buzki estuary (Kozyrka – Parutyne, Dniprovske – Luparevo – Lymany – Halytsynovoe)

• the southern part of the Berezan estuary (Lymany – Viktorivka – Chornomorska spit – Chornomorka – Osetrivka)

• Solonets lakes

• the South Bug River (500 m downstream and upstream of the “Pivdennobuzhky Bridge” road bridge crossing)

• Dnipro estuary.

The exit of vessels of the fleet of the fishing industry into internal reservoirs of the Mykolaiv Oblast, with the exception of those specified, is allowed only during daylight hours and on the basis of a permit for the special use of aquatic biological resources.

The restriction will apply until martial law is lifted.
