India reduced imports of Rosneft

India reduced purchases of Urals oil in April compared to record imports in March.

India has slightly reduced imports of russian Urals oil. This is stated in a new Refinitiv Eikon report.

Thus, in April, Indian imports of energy carriers still consisted of 60% of Urals sea cargoes. In March, this indicator reached 65%, Reuters calculated. Currently, about 10% of Urals’ April cargoes do not have clear destinations, so deliveries to India or China may still increase.

Also, FOB Rosneft prices fell below the set limit of $60 per barrel last week. This is due to the fact that the American grade of Brent LCOc1 has become more attractive to buyers in Asia.
