Odesa Port Plant can start work as early as August — for the first time since 2021

The Odesa Port Plant  is preparing to resume full operation for the first time since 2021.

This is stated in the material of the publication Mind. As the journalists note, there are several signs for this.

First, the gas supply tender. The private company “Agrotorggrup” will supply the plant with natural gas for the production of ammonia and nitrogen fertilizers. It was this company that won the tender held on July 25.

It became known from the tender that the expected amount of the deal is UAH 4.13 billion. It provides for the supply of natural gas until the end of the current year.

“In order to guarantee the safety of production, last week the Odesa Port Plant announced the recruitment of men to the paramilitary gas rescue squad, which should constantly accompany the technological processes of the enterprise and prevent accidents,” Mind also writes with reference to its own sources.
