Agroholding Agrovista has transported more than 300 thousand tons of grain crops since the beginning of the season.
Grain exports from the beginning of the 2021-22 marketing year amounted to 28.18 million tons, which is 23% ahead of the last season’s schedule (22.895 million tons).
Grain producers faced a choice: either to overpay UAH 200-300 (USD 7.59-11.38) for the transportation of a ton of grain, or to postpone the deadlines for fulfilling contracts.
Barley continues to rise in price: now its cost is USD 282.43/ton in the Mykolaiv port and USD 279.08/ton in the ports of Odesa.
Within the context of the international company of grain conference ”Grain Ukraine”, the second
session has started under the name of ”Export potential of Ukrainian grain in the new season.”
