Despite the continuation of the Grain Agreement, not a single vessel has been inspected so far. Currently, 62 vessels remain awaiting entry inspections.
Ukraine did not violate any interstate agreements by deepening the Bystre estuary on the Danube to increase food exports from the region’s ports.
Since October, the Grain initiative has ensured only 40% of exports due to the russians’ inhibition of ship inspections in the Bosphorus.
