The arrested Russian ship that blocked the Kerch Strait will be sold for 2 million

The National Agency for Detection, Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA) has put up for sale the arrested vessel “Nika Spirit”.
The three-round English auction will be held in the Prozorro.Sales system.
The starting price of the vessel is 2 million 438 thousand UAH. The auction itself is scheduled to take place on April 21.
The characteristics of the lot indicated that the Russian tanker for the transportation of petroleum products was built in 1989. According to the assessment report, the physical wear and tear of the vessel Nika Spirit is 66.8%. Functional wear and tear is 80%.
As a reminder, the tanker “Nika Spirit”, formerly known as Neyma, was detained on July 24, 2019 in the port of Izmail. According to Equasis, it was identified as the vessel that blocked the Kerch Strait in November 2018. Then Russian border guards seized Ukrainian warships with 24 crew members at gunpoint.
USM previously reported that in November 2024, the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv allowed the transfer of the arrested Russian tanker Nika Spirit for sale.
