The Russians keep 6 boats and 5 ships in the Kerch Strait to protect the Crimean Bridge.
A group of 11 ships was spotted near the Crimean bridge, said the spokesman of the Navy Dmytro Pletenchuk at a briefing at the Ukraine Media Center – Ukrinform.
“We observe a large grouping around the so-called Kerch Bridge in the Kerch Strait. Six boats and five ships. In this way, they are now performing the task of protecting and defending this bridge,” the spokesman commented.
He specified that there are approximately 80 combat units of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea.
Earlier, USM reported that the Russians installed a new span on the Crimean Bridge.
It will be recalled that the illegal construction was damaged as a result of the explosion on July 17. Earlier, satellite images appeared online showing how the Russians installed cranes to lift the destroyed fragments of the Crimean bridge. The occupiers hope to fully restore the bridge by the end of the year.
