The Danube Commission is ready to accept the increased flow of Ukrainian goods to the port of Constanta
The Danube Commission is ready to support new political developments in order to increase the flow of Ukrainian goods to the port of Constanta in Romania.
Also, the Commission is ready to facilitate the integration of Ukraine into the river infrastructure, Manfred Seitz, General Director of the Secretariat of the Danube Commission, told “Ukrinform”.
“Together with the European Commission, we work together to support the Ukrainian and Romanian government authorities and business with an increased flow of goods, such as coming from Ukraine. We are ready and far away to push ahead with new politically favorable entries, so that we can increase the number of comrades who reach Constanta by different routes, as well as increase the advantageous transportation, for example, by means of a route to improve the number of flights,” Zaitz commented.
In other words, the Danube Commission is also ready to accept Ukrainian integration into the river infrastructure and extend Ukraine to the system of transcordon transmission of information between Ukraine and the EU.
“To help create a full-fledged digital risky corridor, which will be important in the coming month, and to help reinvigorate the Ukrainian economy after the end of the war,” said the CEO of the Secretariat of the Danube Commission.
